'Reach' by Victoria Ash

This piece looks into the deeper, darker areas of the flowerbed and using this to showcase the links and purples perfectly! All the flowers have straight stems which are reaching upwards into the sky towards the soaring bluebirds. The purple gladioli to the right are in part made from tissue so that they stand proud of the canvas surface. Painted in acrylics, this piece features tissue, music sheets and book pages as collage.
