Painted on to a wooden board, this piece is made of fabric cuttings, magazines and acrylic paint. I also used paint pens and pencil for finer details. I love the chaos of a wildflower garden and how this chaos can be so beautiful. Poppies are fascinating to me... how they are so delicate and fragile but persistent. And the seed heads they produce are equally fascinating with their bounty of black seeds!
