About OGGi: A Passion for Art Without Boundaries
His journey with art began at the age of 10, in the 1960s. By the age of 14, Oggi was already being mentored by an art teacher and quickly immersed in various styles of painting, from fine art and graphic design to abstract works. The larger the surface, the better, from walls and ceilings to car bonnets and shop facades, Oggi was driven to transform any space, be it domestic or commercial, into a canvas.
Though Oggi studied the great masters and pop artists like Andy Warhol, Oggie’s artistic journey is rooted in a diverse range of influences, yet remains entirely original. Despite admiring the works of other artists, Oggi does not let these influences dictate the creative process. Every piece of artwork is a unique expression, with no definitive style, Oggi’s creativity is the driving force.
Unlike artists who may be easily recognisable for their signature style, Oggi’s work is not constrained by trends or labels. The only identifying mark of an Oggi piece is the logo that accompanies it. Each creation is one-of-a-kind, ensuring that no two pieces are ever the same.
Oggi’s artistic philosophy is simple yet powerful: creativity is an intrinsic part of humanity, a universal language that transcends geographical boundaries.
