This painting started life as a drop painting. Using loose wet paint, gravity and a straw the paint was allowed to do it's own thing, leaving beautiful organic shapes to work with. As well as collage and acrylic paint, this piece has the additional element of prints made directly from viola flowers taken from my garden.
