Bloody Pheasants

Oil and acrylic painting on a 36 by 24 inch deep edged canvas.   This was meant to be a serious "ploughing match" painting....However,, I'd taken some photos of playful Clydesdales at a local horse show, and thought that this composition would be much more fun!  I even had to ask my friend,  Richard to pose as an irate farmer...and this is the result.   Big and bold!
