Stephen Stringer

I am 73 yrs of age. Brought up in Middleton, Mcr. And moved to Oldham in 1969.
Secondary modern education. I studied Oil Painting with John McCombs the Delph Artist and former President of MAFA. I am primarily a landscape painter but I also paint Cityscapes, Seascapes and the odd portrait. I am trying to express a visual reaction to nature in line, tone, colour and plane where each part is relative to the whole.
