Jane Schofield

Jane Schofield is an artist who loves to experiment.

She incorporates texture, vivid colours, metal leaf and spray effects into her work.
With over a thousand reference photos of trees in all shapes and sizes she has produced a series of work titled ‘A splash of…..’ all based on real trees. Multiple layers create depth and texture and she delights in interesting colour combinations - blue on gold, orange and jade on copper, neon pinks, red and greens on turquoise. Using a variety of techniques she creates highly stylised and uplifting original pieces of artwork.
