Hanne Mittgaard

Hanne Midtgaard is a Danish artist, new to selling here fabulous artwork here in the United Kingdom. Her work is inspired by nature and she paints from a place where memory and nature intertwine. Her earliest inspirations came from swinging beneath wise skies, baking sand cakes in the sandbox,and tending to an ever changing garden of wildflowers, bees and butterflies.

Her work carries this spirit of solitude and wonder- soft moments which invite the viewer to pause, feel and remember their own connection to the earth. Through her artwork she honours the resilience of things and offers a quiet call to cherish and protect the delicate things which surround us.

She studied Fine Art, Phsychology and Art History deepening her understanding of both the human spirit and the stories that art can tell.
