Hi my lovelies :) thank you so much for taking the time to look at my work.
I’m Angee (Angela Lyons) born and schooled in Salford. I Graduated in 2009 with a BA degree in Fine Art from Blackpool Art School, which is affiliated with Lancaster University. Where I exhibited two years running in the Portico Library exhibition.
I had a break from my Art journey, after moving to Northern Ireland with my then husband and had my son .
On returning to Salford I picked my paintbrush and pencils once again and gradually got back into doing mostly, for the first part, portraiture. I found it stressful, and concentrated instead on animal portraits. This subject is where I found my passion.
This past summer I entered the Art of Salford exhibition along with other local artists. Through this I feel honoured to have been offered to host my own solo exhibition in January 2026 at the Langworthy Cornerstone in Salford.
