An Introduction to Sofia:

"Originally from China, I was an artist and Peking Opera actress. Now settled in the UK for 5 years, I initially began selling my calligraphy artworks via the Gallery. Several of my artworks are held by collectors in China and the UK.
This led to people asking about my calligraphy and painting classes.

   

 

So now, as an Art Educator, I run my own independent studio within the Goose Green Art Gallery where I pursue my artistic creations and also teach drawing classes to children aged 5 - 16.

  

Starting in Summer 2024 I will be offering art and calligraphy classes tailored to suit various age groups, catering to the interest in Chinese art within the local community.
