Grace Mills Portraiture

Born in Birmingham and now based in Manchester, Grace has been passionate about art from a young age. She pursued an education in art and design at college, where she was first introduced to oil painting—a medium she immediately fell in love with. 

Grace later transitioned into illustration, studying Illustration and Animation at university. During her first year, she began working as a freelance illustrator for Disney children's books. After graduating in 2012, Grace continued her illustration career, working with clients such as Penguin Random House, DreamWorks, Netflix, and Hasbro. 

In 2023, Grace picked up the paintbrush once again, rediscovering her passion for oil painting. She now specialises in creating bespoke portraits that capture the unique character and essence of each subject, whether human or animal.
